City of Indian Harbour Beach Police Department

The City of Indian Harbour Beach Police Department was completed by W+J in May of 2021.

The City of Indian Harbor Beach approved the selection committee’s recommendation on September 9, 2020, to contract with W+J Construction to provide Construction Management at Risk Services for the construction of all site and building improvements for a new 13,000-square foot police headquarters and a stand-alone storage building, approximately 900-square feet on South Patrick Drive. Particular emphasis shall be on energy conservation criteria, with a design and construction goal to qualify for a GREEN BUILDING Certification.
