Brevard County Tax Collector, Palm Bay
The Brevard County Tax Collector’s Palm Bay office has gone through a two-phase expansion/renovation. BCTC specifically asked for W+J Construction experts to be the Construction Manager for this office building project due to their satisfaction with three previous projects we’ve completed for them.
Phase 1 was a 12,200 SF expansion and build out to the east end of the building. Phase 2 scope of work for the public sector included a complete remodel of the interior space, HVAC, plumbing and electrical, and all finishes. The exterior received a new paint job, a new entryway, and new windows.
Once the Phase 2 renovation was complete, the former exterior wall was removed, and the two spaces were joined.
