Brevard County Tax Collector, Merritt Island
Change is exciting, and with the Brevard County Tax Collector’s Office, the public will notice the recent renovation of their 2,650 SF space. Located on the second floor of the Brevard County Service Complex in Merritt Island, this remodel includes selective demolition, a new piping system for domestic water and sanitary water distribution, and electrical work, as well as new ceilings, floors, drywall, and finishes. The new space will provide a single private office, storeroom, server room, safe room, break room, and an open floor plan with 15 cubicles to provide an efficient workspace. In addition, a large classroom and a second small office area are adjacent to the main room.
