Melbourne-native Brandon Caschera serves as a Superintendent at W+J Construction, bringing more than eight years of construction industry experience to the team. Brandon earned his Construction Management degree from Indiana State University and proudly served in the United States Air Force before beginning his career in construction.
In his role, Brandon oversees and manages subcontractors while helping projects progress smoothly from start to finish. He enjoys being part of the full construction process and takes pride in seeing the completed projects come to life. Brandon also holds OSHA-30 and SWPPP certifications, reflecting his commitment to safety and quality on every jobsite.
Outside of work, Brandon enjoys spending time on the water, fishing, and attending Florida Panthers hockey games. Family is a major priority for him, and he enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and their pets. He is also actively involved in the community as a coach for his daughter’s West Melbourne Softball team.
