Jodie Martin joined W+J Construction as a Project Engineer, bringing two years of office and field engineering experience to the team. As a Melbourne native and fifth-generation Floridian, Jodie earned her Associate Degree from Eastern Florida State College and holds an OSHA-30 certification. Her background also includes experience in the service and restaurant industry, which helped develop her strong communication and customer service skills.
In her role, Jodie supports project management efforts by coordinating deliverables, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and helping maintain safe jobsite operations. She enjoys being part of the construction process and takes pride in helping deliver quality projects that positively impact the community she is proud to call home.
Outside of work, Jodie enjoys living a healthy lifestyle and spending time at the gym, reading, and exploring the outdoors. Family is especially important to her, and she loves spending time with her husband, family, and their five-year-old Basset Hound, Farley. Jodie is excited to be part of the W+J Construction team and looks forward to contributing to projects that enhance the Space Coast community.
