Mike Gillham serves as a Superintendent at W+J Construction, bringing more than 30 years of construction experience to the team. Originally from St. Augustine, FL, Mike spent 25 years in residential building before transitioning into commercial construction, where he has continued to build a reputation for strong leadership and jobsite excellence.
In his role, Mike is focused on maintaining productive, safe, and clean jobsites while ensuring projects run efficiently from start to finish. He enjoys the ever-changing nature of the construction industry and appreciates that each project brings new challenges and opportunities to problem-solve alongside his team.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time surfing and relaxing at the beach. He is also a proud animal lover with two rescue pets — one dog and one cat — and is a dedicated NFL fan.
