Addison Square Retail Building

Utilizing a commercially-zoned lot in Brevard County, FL, near I-95, W+J Construction is building the newest addition to the retail spaces in The Avenues, Viera, beginning in April of 2022. Addison Square Retail Building is a new 10,454 square-foot shell building that includes upscale masonry, meeting Viera’s stringent planned-community building codes.

Like the other premium, open-air shopping centers at The Avenue (which currently have 77 businesses in occupancy), this one is built to house multiple companies under one single-story roof. Depending on the size requirements of the companies that will eventually inhabit this building, it can readily accommodate up to six retail enterprises.
