Bayside High School – Building 20 Classroom Addition
The Bayside High School Building 20 Classroom Addition includes existing demolition and site civil work to prepare the building pad, followed by the construction of a new two-story structure featuring a tilt-wall and CMU exterior shell. The design incorporates a structural steel framework with a cast-in-place metal deck for the second floor and a structural steel joist roof system. The building’s interior construction is CMU and metal stud framing with drywall and sound walls to enhance acoustic performance. Finishes will predominantly include tile flooring, acoustical ceilings, and painted drywall creating a durable and welcoming environment. This addition is designed to enhance educational experience creating a functional space that supports the growth and development of the next generation.
