After demolishing the existing building, W+J Construction cleared the land making way for the new 10,800 square foot Volunteer Fire Department in Cape Canaveral. Built of masonry, cold-formed steel framing/trusses and steel deck roof, this structure was built to withstand the harsh conditions of Florida beach-side weather.

With the ability to house up to 9 fire fighters, the three-bay fire engine building includes a semi-private bunk room, kitchen, living space and exercise room.
