City of Cocoa Beach City Hall
The new Cocoa Beach City Hall is an essential project for the local community. W+J Construction provided Design-Build services for the construction of the new Cocoa Beach City Hall, still located at the corner of Orlando Avenue and Minutemen Causeway. W+J teamed with Jacobs to design and build the new campus. This 29,900 GSF, two-story space includes a community room with a kitchen, storage space, restrooms, and ground-level parking. The second floor is home to secure office spaces for city officials and personnel as well as the council chamber. The project features a beautiful green space with a performance stage and green room for future community events. The enhanced and modernized building will serve as a symbol of growth and progress for the city.
