Florida Power & Light tasked W+J Construction with alterations for FPL Crew Modules and an Interior Office.

The FPL Fleet Garage Office Area comprises a Level 2 Interior Finish Alteration of Crew Module Areas. The demo included removing lockers, millwork, ACT, lighting, HVAC ductwork, plumbing fixtures, and flooring—framing new doorways from the Meter Area to the ISC Breakroom and Meter Office to the breezeway. The Crew Modules received all flooring, ACT ceiling & lighting, new plumbing fixtures, millwork, ceramic tile, accessories, finishes, lockers, gloving stations, ceramic tile, painting, and doors as defined on drawings.

The Fleet Garage Office Area consists of a Level 2 Interior Alteration of the Fleet Offices, Breakroom, and Restrooms. The demo includes the south side wall, breakroom cabinets, plumbing fixtures, and hallway wall. Restrooms, toilet partitions, lockers, plumbing fixtures, vanities, and tile. Framing of a new OH beam to support the ceiling joists that include columns & footers. Additional framing & drywall of a new breakroom layout, restrooms, and hallway. The Fleet office area received all new plumbing fixtures, cabinets, millwork, toilet partitions, accessories, finishes, lockers, ceramic tile, painting, and flooring as defined on drawings.
