Florida Power & Light, Service Center, Flagler

Florida Power & Light, Service Center, Flagler property of approximately 6 acres with several existing structures. W+J Construction’s scope of work consists of demolishing 2 of those structures and constructing a new Type IIB, two-story, hardened design, 25,436 square-foot field office building. This structure will be built by using tilt-up concrete panels. The Service Center will be used as a Florida Power & Light Emergency Operations Center before, during, and after a storm event.
