The 8th Fresenius Kidney Care shell is going up in Port Salerno. The 5,600-square-foot building will be built-out in the second phase. These facilities receive great attention to building plumbing and water supply. Our knowledge of dialysis facility construction accommodates the heavy water purification equipment and water sources they require. We also ensure the buildings receive adequate electrical and emergency power and check HVAC systems for proper heating, cooling, and air quality.

Phase II, W+J was awarded the tenant fitout for the clinic. Dialysis chairs, examination rooms, doctors’ offices, and water treatment rooms were all included in the fit out.
