Glendale Park Office Building

Glendale Park Office Building is a new 2-story, 19,025 SF office complex. This modern, state-of-the-art building is weatherproofed and energy efficient by using tilt wall construction and impact-resistant glass. Construction included steel joists, metal deck roofing, and  energy-efficient mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Designed with high-end finishes, this complex offers two levels of office suites.

The project has been constructed in phases. Phase 1 included the shell building and second-floor build-out of approximately 6,500 SF for W+J Construction’s new office, common lobby, and restrooms. Phase 2 is the build-out of 2,000 SF for Trivium Luxury Homes. There is a remaining 1500 SF for future build-out. Phase 3 is the build-out of the entire first floor for a single tenant.

Exterior scope of work included site clearing, underground utilities, new parking lot paving, hardscape, landscape and irrigation. Although not seeking certification, the energy efficient design and green construction strategies meets several LEED criteria.
