Viera now has a new Class-A Medical Office Building. The IBIS Medical Office Building is located across the street from the hospital in Viera at 2339 Medico Ln. W+J built the 14,000 sq. ft. shell building, as well as the 3,000 sq. ft. build-out and tenant improvements. It consists of seven suites, including a pulmonary center. The interior scope included mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, structures, architecture, and interiors.
