Indian River County Courthouse Renovation was awarded to W+J Construction as a low bidder. The courthouse project includes renovating the existing courthouse’s first and second floors. The law library on the first floor will be renovated to house probate/juvenile offices on the second floor. Once they relocate, those offices will be renovated into a new courtroom. The courthouse remains open during the renovation, requiring us to work around scheduled court-in-session and at night.
