Indian River County, North County Offices

Indian River County renovated their north county offices in Sebastian, FL. and chose W+J Construction for their project. The existing 8,400 SF space has been redesigned to comprise of County Clerk of Court, Tax Collector office space, and other related county departments. The renovation included incorporating three mercantile occupancy tenant spaces into a single business occupancy space. New restrooms, storefront window replacement, raised floors, electrical, plumbing, and rooftop A/C complete the interior renovation. The parking lot was re-striped, curbs repaired, external lighting added, and the exterior of the building was cleaned and repainted.
