Lakeside Social at Viera Town Center
W+J Construction was selected by The Viera Company to build Viera’s newest outdoor entertainment area, “Lakeside Social”. The 2.5-acre lakefront site is across the street from the Urban Prime restaurant and next to Duran Golf Club’s driving range. It features a covered performance pavilion, flex lawns, a food truck court with aluminum shade structure, a central bar with a signature wave-shaped roof structure, restrooms, a utility/storage building and parking areas.
