Lynx Professional Office Park
W+J’s is collaborating with ADI Development on the Lynx Professional Office Park, which is a two phase project. Phase 1 included a 20,000 square foot, two-story, tilt-wall concrete shell building with a build out for class A professional office space. Phase 1 of the project also included all site work, underground utilities and a new through road, extension of Trafford Road.
Phase 2 is currently in planning stages.
