Mill Creek K-8 Conversion
St. Johns County School District increased the size of the Mill Creek K-8 School in St. Augustine, FL, by 60,170 gross square feet. The expansion includes the tilt wall construction of one 2-story classroom building, one 1-story gymnasium, a separate chiller building, and additional covered walkways.
The gymnasium building houses male and female locker/restrooms, teacher planning rooms, a band classroom with storage, a Physical Education multipurpose room, a full-size basketball court with divider walls and folding bleachers, a lobby, and public use restrooms.
The 2-story classroom building includes intermediate/middle science classrooms with a lab, multi-function general education classrooms, ESE vocational classrooms, administration offices, and restrooms.
