Sunrise Facial and Oral Surgery continues to expand throughout the county along the Space Coast into Titusville. The dental project by W+J Construction consisted of the interior and exterior remodeling of a 6,500 sf building. Interior build-out included a reception/front desk area; 5 treatment rooms with one recovery room; a nurse station, sterilization room and lab, business and doctors office spaces, and private bathrooms. The second floor of the dental facility is a conference room, employee kitchen, and lounge. The exterior renovation included full landscape demolition, new impact doors, windows, and skylights, wall repair, paint, new landscape features, and a monument sign.
