Odyssey Charter School, Wyoming Campus

The Odyssey Charter School in Palm Bay has expanded! W+J was hired as a design-build team with JTK Architecture and Construction Engineering Group. The total project consisted of expansion to two Odyssey Charter School sites. The “Wyoming” is a 2-story, 23,800 SF performing arts center/gymnasium building and will include an associated band/music room with private practice rooms and storage, PE equipment storage, boys and girls locker rooms, public restrooms, and an art classroom with kiln. A new student courtyard connects the new building to the existing campus. A new school running track is included in this scope of work. This tilt wall construction project was completed for 2020-2021 school use.
