Poké Bao Restaurant is a combination of Asian-Latin food culture influenced from an ethnically diverse group of friends who share a love for Boba Tea and eclectic food.

A build-out of an approximately 1,600 square foot restaurant located in The Avenues in Viera including a full kitchen; a service area furnished with several commercial refrigerators, freezers, ice maker, surrounded by cabinets and stone countertop; a dining area furnished with enough tables and chairs to accommodate 30 people; and two restrooms.

Construction features include fire rated drywall covered with stainless steel, wood and ceramic tiles; new energy efficient lighting fixtures; a new AC system; a new sprinkler system; gas lines, and a new grease interceptor.
