Port Salerno Warehouse Lot #1 chose W+J Construction, who then teamed with JTK Architecture to construct a 5,900 SF shell building for a repeat customer at the Port Salerno Industrial Park Lot #1. The project scope includes masonry structure, wood truss roof structure, storefront windows and doors, stucco finish, standing seam metal roofing, and decorative architectural finishes. Site work included sidewalk, curbs, dumpster enclosure, asphalt/paver parking, and irrigation and  landscape.
