RPM Pharmaceuticals Renovation
W+J Construction was selected as the construction manager for the renovation and expansion of RPM Pharmaceuticals, a dermatology Rx manufacturer, in Rockledge, FL. The expansion included a 2140 SF building addition with a new building entrance, we added a new fire protection system to the entire building and tied the new building into the existing. Other modifications included relocating the ADA parking and solid waste enclosure as well as replacing the existing concrete pavement.
This work was completed while the business remained in full operation.
