W+J Construction was selected as the GC to build out Satcom Direct’s existing 17,352 SF first-floor parking area at the Satcom Direct World Headquarters facility in Melbourne, FL. W+J has been tasked with enclosing the building envelope with a curtainwall system and finishing the first floor as an office space with an access floor throughout to fulfill the dynamic needs of Satcom. This project will effectively double the office space available for Satcom’s World Headquarters as they continue to grow their international business. W+J works alongside Satcom’s daily 1^st and 2nd-floor operations to ensure a clean, undisturbed workspace.
