Space Coast Cancer Center

The Space Coast Cancer Center is expanding its offices into the Viera area. Located on the second floor of the Medical Center at Viera Health Park, the build-out renovation includes 21,363 square feet of administration area, nurse’s station, examination rooms, and lounge space.

To keep disruption of the first and third-floor office operations to a minimum, W+J removed window panel frames of the second floor and erected an exterior staircase for all construction use. Work is often performed at “off” hours in respect of other building users and their customers.
