Space Coast Early Intervention Center
As a community support facility, the Space Coast Early Intervention Center serves families with special needs children. It aims to find new ways to serve children with disabilities and promote inclusion in early childhood settings. With over 25 years of service, the non-profit school has become a leading demonstration site and training center for future educators.
As a non-profit that receives a significant part of its budget from contributions, its goal in building its new facility was to find as many contractors as possible who would donate their time, materials, and talent. Not only did W+J help to gather interested subcontractors and suppliers together, but it also performed the construction of the 15,000-square-foot facility at cost, contributing to the project’s success.
