The View at Palm Shores
W+J Construction is excited to begin work onΒ The View at Palm Shores, the new three-story central office headquarters for Community Credit Union. Located along U.S. 1 just south of the Pineda Causeway in the Town of Palm Shores, this landmark facility will offer breathtaking views of the Indian River Lagoon while serving as Community Credit Union’s new corporate headquarters.
The approximately 89,572-square-foot building will feature 29,638 square feet on the first floor and 29,967 square feet on both the second and third floors. The structure will be supported by auger-cast concrete piles and constructed using tilt-up concrete panels, creating a durable, resilient, and efficient building envelope. Expansive hurricane-resistant laminated glass windows will maximize natural light and showcase the surrounding waterfront views.
The project also includes extensive site development, featuring complete site grading and preparation, the construction of two stormwater retention ponds, and two parking areas to support employees and visitors. W+J Construction is honored to partner with Community Credit Union on this exciting project and looks forward to delivering a facility that will serve the organization and the Space Coast community for years to come.
