This W+J Construction project of a Vidina Shell Build consists of a clinic tenant build-out of approximately 10,338 SF at 2325 Vidina Drive, Suite 201- 205, Melbourne, Florida 32940. The interior build-out will include mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, structures, architecture, and interiors to house an OB/GYN program.
